Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery and extends only to the buyer (this guarantee is nontransferable. Items sold to a third party cannot be exchanged or returned if the item has been resold/dropshipped). If 30 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any reason. Please ensure you have inspected and tested any items purchased during this 30 day period. “Brand New in Box” items, once opened are not eligible for return unless faulty at the time of delivery. Unwanted items, unopened and/or unused, may be returned within this 30 day period minus a 15% restocking fee along with any shipping costs incurred above the amount paid by the buyer. Once an item has been delivered and functions as it should, our guarantee ends. Misuse of an item or user error will not be considered grounds for a refund and/or return. If a return label has been issued after speaking with customer support, buyers must return the item immediately or within a reasonable period of time. All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of return authorization.
To be eligible for a return of good faith, your item must be unused, in it’s original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items will not be eligible for return under any circumstances outside of defective at the time of delivery (see below).

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item(s) UNLESS the return is due to a faulty item or erroneous item being sent in which case we will provide a return shipping label at our expense. All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of return authorization.
eGift Cards and physical gift cards are not eligible for refund. If a gift card is lost or stolen, a replacement gift card may be issued under certain circumstances. Contact us for further information.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we do not represent any tool brand or manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or none at all will be granted.
- Tools with obvious signs of use
- Tools or products that the casing/assembly has been opened from their original state. DO NOT take apart a tool in hopes you may be able to “repair” it. This practice will void this return policy.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason other than seller error
- Items sold to a third party. We cannot exchange or return any item that has been resold. Our return policy is nontransferable.
If for any reason a buyer requests to cancel an order once the order has been shipped, the maximum refund amount will be the total paid by buyer minus shipping fees paid by the seller. This is contingent on the fact that the cancellation is in no way due to sellers negligence, lack of shipping, misrepresentation, or any other seller error, and that the item is in its original condition once returned. If a buyer simply changes his or her mind, the shipping fees paid by seller and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount due to buyer.
The time it takes to process a refund varies by financial institution but will always be processed on our end within 3 days of receipt of the return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check with your financial institution, it may take an extended period of time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often up to two weeks processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you are returning an item due to error in ordering you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if said returned item does not reach us, your refund will not be granted.
