Shipping policy

We offer a variety of shipping services to keep our pricing as low as possible. We offer several options through UPS, USPS, $4.25 Flat Rate and FREE in certain situations but exceptions do apply. If Free Shipping is not available, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs at the time of checkout as calculated and any fees that may arise from that point forth such as customs fees, duty taxes, entry fees, etc. until the time of delivery. We reserve the right to alter any shipping service chosen at the point of checkout by the buyer in order to accomplish the common goal of the product arriving in a timely and safe manner. $4.25 Flat Rate Shipping is available to all continental U.S. residents and is provided by a variety of shipping services. No specific carrier may be requested. We are unable to offer P.O. Box delivery when choosing Economy/$8.50 Flat Rate Shipping. 

 

zgshoping.store is not responsible for any item after delivery and/or product once it has been deemed delivered. Any theft and/or damage that may occur after the point of delivery is the responsibility of the consumer/buyer/payer.

If an order is returned to us due to the buyer using an invalid address or the address is undeliverable in any form, the buyer is then responsible for the cost of the initial shipping and 2nd shipping attempt if applicable. If an order must be cancelled after it has been returned to us due to an undeliverable address issue, the total ACTUAL COST(not amount buyer paid at checkout) of the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount along with the standard 10% restocking fee. Please insure the correct address is entered when placing your order. 

Once an order has been processed, we will provide the customer with shipping information including the tracking number via email, and expected delivery date. This is only possible if correct contact information and permission is granted for zgshoping.store to communicate via email and/or mobile messaging. 

Shipping always occurs within 3 business days. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery although in most cases it will be sooner. We at zgshoping.store are unable to guarantee any delivery date as we are at the mercy of the shipping services we utilize and as holidays, weather, flight delays, road conditions and hours of operation factor into all cases of shipping.

NOTE: UPS GROUND estimates delivery within 2-8 Business Days.
